Correct answer: D. A total combined weight of 11,000 kg, as long as the towed vehicle itself is not over 4,600 kg

The Handbook explains that a Class G licence covers any car, van, or small truck combined with a towed vehicle, provided the total combined weight doesn't exceed 11,000 kilograms and the towed vehicle itself isn't over 4,600 kilograms. A pickup towing a house trailer over 4,600 kg, but with a combined weight still under 11,000 kg, still counts as a Class G vehicle — you don't automatically need a commercial licence just because the trailer alone crosses 4,600 kg.
