Correct answer: A. Every two years, for as long as they keep driving

O. Reg. 340/94 s.16(a) requires every Class G or M licence holder who has reached age 80 to "complete successfully the applicable examinations prescribed in section 15 every two years" — the vision test and screening exercise aren't a one-time hurdle at 80, they repeat on a two-year cycle for the rest of the driver's licensed life. (Commercial licence classes A, B, C, D, E and F face a stricter yearly cycle under s.16(h), but that doesn't apply to an ordinary Class G driver.)
