Correct answer: C. Speeding 30 km/h or more over the limit, following too closely, careless driving, failing to remain at a collision, and stunt driving

Five named offences, and the point total is irrelevant to them. Ontario's road-safety page says novice drivers "will face at least a 30-day licence suspension and possible licence cancellation for any conviction for the following offences: speeding 30 kilometres per hour or more over the speed limit; following too closely; careless driving; fail to remain at the scene of a collision; stunt driving." "Any conviction" is the phrase that matters — a single one is enough, and the demerit-point thresholds that govern novice drivers otherwise do not come into it. Note how ordinary two of them are: following too closely is a four-point offence that a fully licensed driver would absorb without a suspension, and 30 over is a speed most drivers have touched at some point.
